Journey of awakening
Eric Sensei
Eric Huffman Sensei has been meditating and teaching meditation for over 30 years.
In 1992, Eric had a profound awakening which directed his attention to know about meditation and higher states of consciousness.
"I was in a difficult time in my life and could not find the right solution. My situation was dire and as a last resort I prayed. In that prayer, an awakening took place that changed my life forever. I felt a warm light descend into my body, darkness was released, and I felt an inner joy, love, and peace beyond my comprehension. This experience only lasted a few minutes and I wanted to know what happened to me. What was this amazing experience? And most importantly, how do I experience this peace, joy, inner light and knowing continuously?"
This profound experience propelled Eric to study meditation and seek counsel meditation masters. For 8 years, Eric went "Saint Seeing" , not sightseeing,and met with many enlightened yogis, monks, and seerers around the world.
In 1993, Eric met Bob Raymer, a direct student of Paramahansa Yogananda, who shared ancient wisdom and teachings of the Himalayan Masters including advanced training in Kriya Yoga and Mantra Meditation.
In 2002, Eric was blessed to meet H.H. Gayuna Cealo, an enlightened Theravada Monk, who took Eric under his wing and trained him in deeper states on consciousness, energy healing, and Cealo's way of Direct Action. Through the grace and training of Cealo Eric was able to walk his own path of realization and share the wisdom and love of the secret space inside all souls.
